Privacy Policy
ArkNet Digital builds shared-survival infrastructure. This policy explains the limited personal information we collect through arknet.digital and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or register interest, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, country, selected programme or partnership type, and your message. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested pages.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, assess partnership or programme interest, protect the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
Legal basis and retention
Depending on your location, processing is based on your request, our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, consent where required, or legal obligation. Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, security, and record-keeping.
Service providers and transfers
We use infrastructure and email-delivery providers to operate the site. They process information under their own security and privacy commitments. Data may be processed outside your country with safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Visit our Data Rights page or email connect@arknet.digital. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security and children
We apply technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Contact: connect@arknet.digital.
